When will I receive my meals?
We deliver every Sunday (2-6pm) and Wednesday (2-8pm).
Heating
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do the meals last?
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5-7days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
How do I heat the meals
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)

Is there a delivery cost?
The platform we use to manage and process meal deliveries charges a maximum delivery fee of $9.99 per delivery. Here’s the more specific pricing:
- 0miles-10 miles: $5.99 per order
- 10miles-20 miles: $7.99 per order
- 20miles-30 miles: $9.99 per order
