Chef Ismail grew up in Punjab, Pakistan, where he learned to cook at a very young age. When he and his family moved to San Jose, he picked up the one thing he'd always loved doing: cooking. He noticed there weren't enough halal places to eat in the Bay Area, so he opened San Jose Halal Market. Now, with over 15+ years of culinary experience, he's bringing ready-to-eat, taaza meals delivered across the Bay.

The Chicken Biryani here taste exactly like my mom used to make it back home. So many spices and the chicken was so tender. Ordering every week now.
Goat Curry is incredible, meat was so tender it literally fell off the bone. This is real halal home style cooking.
The Chicken Seekh Kebab is unbelievably good, perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Wish it come with a bit more sauce but still ordering this for my whole office next week.
Palak Paneer and naan is such a comforting meal, creamy spinach with soft paneer cubes, perfect every time.
Feed was great but I think quantity was a bit less.

Beef Nehari with naan was amazing, meat was falling apart and the gravy had that deep flavor you only get from slow cooking. Best halal meal prep in the Bay Area hands down.
